What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, and anything else you choose to give: phone number, organisation, location and your message. When you subscribe to updates we collect your email address. We also record the page you sent it from and a one-way hash of your network address to stop spam.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and discuss what you asked about, and, if you subscribed, to send occasional updates about CultivX. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Where it is kept
On servers we control in our hosting provider's data centre. Access is limited to the CultivX team and to Acharya Holdings, which owns CultivX.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our records, and deleted on request. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
